Returns and Exchages
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds unless seller is at fault (exhanges only). Once an order is placed, your CONTEST ENTRIES are automatically and immediately submitted to our regulated sweepstakes company. Once entries are submitted, it cannot be rescinded or altered by the sweepstakes company. Your entries are safe, filed away, and ready for drawing.
We welcome all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for another size/style must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal or lesser value(less difference is not refunded), or you may increase and pay the cost difference. Customer is responsible for shipping it back to ICETRAYYANG and shipping charges for the new product.
Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and write down any memos of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service so we can facilitate the exchange in an efficient manner. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. We will call or email directions to collect payment info for shipping and any price difference upon receiving the exchange package.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support Exchanges immediately firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
